Field Maintenance Administrator

Location : Baton Rouge LA

Dupre' Logistics is currently seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA.

Our Field Maintenance Administrator performs a variety of duties including filing, scanning, and basic administrative duties. As a successful Field Maintenance Administrator, you must have a strong customer service orientation, a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and an ability to multi-task at a very fast pace while thinking quickly and clearly.

   
 

Key Responsibilities:

General clerical duties for the department as needed including filing, scanning, updating phone list/employee record, sorting mail, data entry, and conducting research.

• Schedule maintenance and communicate with operation managers.

• Maintain DOT tank files including testing, compliance and safety.

Administration of company fuel program.

• Compile Excel spreadsheets

Other duties as requested by Maintenance Manager. 

 

 

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of administrative/clerical experience, prior transportation experience is a plus.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience using AS400, TMW, and Outlook is a plus.

Able to handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and work with little supervision..

Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.

High customer service skills and telephone etiquette are a must.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

 

Experience: 1-2 years of administrative/clerical experience
